Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you heal, recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
I am a EMDR trained therapist. EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is an effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover fro trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorder.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist Individual (CCTSI) and for over 18 years, I have worked on the front lines with 1st responders and veterans who suffer from past and present trauma. As a 1st responder myself, I know first hand what trauma and abuse can do to an individuals well-being and mental health. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
